Returns & Refund Policy
Any issues with the product must be reported within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and also sending the tracking number to returns@sorellabarette.co.uk. Once the item has been received and inspected by the team, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. If the item is returned in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or decline a refund completely.
Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can promptly resolve the issue. For damaged items, a refund will be arranged once photographic evidence of the damage has been provided.
